&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN STYLE="font-size:x-small"&gt;As our Site Planning Manager, you'll manage and drive the Seasonal Site Planning process and shape and direct the output of Seasonal Site Planning to create plans for storefront execution, taking into consideration Brand initiatives, launch dates, sport moments, product collections, and inventory liabilities.&amp;nbsp;You'll ensure the launch calendar is up to date and maintain and update the storefront calendar throughout the season as things change. You'll manage virtual cross-functional teams across the organization and by category.&amp;nbsp;You'll also partner with Merchants to select key products to be featured based on Brand initiatives, launch dates, sport moments and product collections.&amp;nbsp;You'll drive cross-category merchandising initiatives to feed to the Production team.&amp;nbsp;You'll attend Seasonal Brand and Sales (GTM) meetings to ensure continuous &amp;quot;high level&amp;quot; knowledge across categories.&amp;nbsp;Furthermore, you'll develop strategic knowledge of big product buys (liabilities), budget/plan goals, Brand initiatives, competitive data, product launches, and weekly business.&amp;nbsp;You'll drive the successful execution of cross-category merchandising initiatives.&amp;nbsp;You'll work closely with the Production team to deliver product information to support determined storefront themes and stories, including whiteboards (ensure the completion from MMs).&amp;nbsp;You'll also manage the information flow from the MMs to ensure the inventory position for cross-category initiatives (BTS, and Holiday).&amp;nbsp;You'll drive the Shop By Outfit process, identifying style/color information (with approval from the Merchant).&amp;nbsp;You'll manage updates of Clearance Storefront features and Secondary tout features on a weekly basis.&amp;nbsp;You'll drive the successful execution of cross-category merchandising initiatives.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;In addition, you'll provide style/color information to various Brand teams for features within their consumer emails on a monthly/event basis.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

Space Planning (Store Design &amp;amp; Development), and Retail Training. You'll provide the direction for existing and new retail channels, formats, and concepts. You&amp;#39;ll ensure the development of Brand enhancing, integrated Retail Marketing programs that elevate storytelling, drive sales and improve the consumer experience in the marketplace; best-of-class service mixed with a passion for sports; product display and presentation with both the consumer and profitability in mind; and you&amp;#39;ll embrace new technology, ideas, social responsibility, events, loyalty, community, quality, and efficiency. You&amp;#39;ll lead Retail Presentation&amp;#39;s integration with China&amp;#39;s Retail Marketplace team, including field execution via the five regional teams; connect effectively with China's functional teams and APHQ/country retail teams to drive collaborative efforts, learning, sharing, and best practices; work closely with the category, Brand, product, and sales teams in developing and implementing integrated programs; represent the needs of Retail within the Brand community and the needs of the Brand within the Retail Community; and deliver effective training and communication programs and processes. In addition to your other responsibilities, you&amp;#39;ll maintain the budget and fiscal plans for programs that drive profitability in conjunction with the Brand; maintain retail initiative flow calendars, including featured products, and communicate on a regular basis to sales, marketing and product groups and drive regular communication on Initiatives.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
