As our Senior Compensation Analyst, you&amp;#39;ll actively participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of Nike&amp;#39;s compensation program. You&amp;#39;ll provide advanced-level consulting and analysis on total compensation elements to our HR and Line Management teams. You&amp;#39;ll also provide recommendations that balance fairness and equity with cost effectiveness for Nike; conduct job analysis and evaluations, assess internal and external comparisons, create competitive market zones, adhere to Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) legislation, advocate wage and hour requirements, and make band and salary recommendations; participate in the assessment of Nike&amp;#39;s stock option programs and eligibility for participation; and develop guidelines and educational materials that adhere to statutory requirements and are global yet locally relevant.
