Sourcing Analyst II - Action Sports - ,

As our Sourcing Analyst II, you'll create and execute a successful sourcing strategy that supports gender, category and manufacturing business needs. You'll oversee the process of building pre-cost sheets, analyze factory cost sheets and provide direction to the Liaison offices on price targets. You'll be responsible for meeting pricing margin targets through a problem-solving process with the category teams. You'll manage the costing/pricing process to achieve the best price possible from initial line plan to price confirmation. In addition, you'll also drive accountability within the category for meeting key deadlines and business initiatives.

Logistics Manager- Golf - ,

As our Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing supply chain and transportation activities for Golf Production. You'll establish and monitor logistics performance metrics to ensure the product delivery, service and business unit objectives are being met. You'll work with the in-line Logistics Management team to ensure the service providers meet Golf's process, data and reporting requirements. You'll also make recommendations on methods of transportation and manage the analysis of delivery requirements to optimize the consolidation of product at overseas factories, consolidators and air freight forwarders. You'll monitor shipment information for exceptions and execute the best solution to resolve problems, while maintaining a performance log for evaluating Nike's service providers. In addition, you'll manage a team of Logistics Analysts and be responsible for hiring, performance management (CFE), development (HRP) and training.

As a Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a planning team for a gender or product label. You'll set, review and manage demand, inventory and purchase planning targets by product type, customer or region-that will achieve profitability, customer coverage and inventory goals. You'll work with Merchandising and Sales Management to gain consumer and market feedback. With this information, you'll develop category trend and market analyses, along with documented forecast assumptions, to build Gender Team consensus and ownership. You'll monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to maximize inventory utilization or disposition. You'll also work with the regional planning team to manage a monthly closeout and early price reduction process, incorporating Nike Factory Store receipt requirements. You'll be responsible for hiring, coaching, guiding and leading direct reports. In addition, you'll work with other Planning Managers and outside partners within the Nike matrix and external partners to implement best practices and operational initiatives.

General Manager - Memphis Apparel Distribution Operations - ,

As our General Manager, you'll provide visible, inspirational leadership for Nike Tennessee's Distribution Center Operations. You'll create and communicate business initiatives, provide corporate and local direction and vision for the team and other stakeholders. You'll also provide leadership to achieve targets related to revenue growth, inventory management and profitability; establish relevant business metrics; work with the business units to develop the long-term US Operations strategic plan; and develop annual business plans, scorecards and budgets. This opportunity also involves providing leadership to ensure there is effective collaboration across the Nike matrix regarding integrated marketing strategies, and that the product offered meets the needs of targeted consumers, channels and accounts. In addition, you'll evolve the organizational structure and collaborate with functional leadership regarding role definitions, succession plans and individual/team development and learning.

Logistics Manager- US Region - ,

As our Logistics Manager, you will manage the processes for inbound transportation and supply chain activities in support of the USA region Direct Ship Customers. You will establish and monitor logistics performance metrics to ensure the product delivery, service and business unit objectives are being met. You will manage the relationships with Logistics Service providers (LSP's) and will coordinate with vendors in regards to unique delivery services. You will lead department efforts to define strategic requirements for systems, processes and data that support USA Delivery Logistics Department direction and its integration into the business. You will manage US Product priorities by ensuring Nike's strategic goals and objectives relative to delivery, to ensure maximum sell through at retail. Additionally you will manage a team of Logistics Analysts and will be responsible for hiring, performance management development salary administration, and training.
