US Customer Interface Information Manager - ,

The heart of Nike is built around one simple idea -- innovate. Whether that innovation is called Nike Air or ACG or Nike Swift or Nike Shox, the principle is the same: think something that nobody has thought before, or improve something that already exists. It's how we create our products, and it's the way we treat the people we work with.

So take chances. Think bigger than the next achiever. Just know one thing. The more you succeed, the higher we'll raise the bar.

But would you really want it any other way?

As our US Customer Interface Information Manager, you'll create and execute a comprehensive USCI (US Customer Interface) information strategy that is aligned with the overall US Commerce Customer Intelligence reporting strategy. You'll lead the USCI 'center of excellence' for information and reporting; this includes all reporting processes, environments (SAP, Ops DM and BOP) and tools (SAP, Brio, BEx and Cognos). You'll partner with the USCI SLT to identify and align key performance indicators and metrics which enable the proactive management of the success and health of the USCI organization. You'll also lead the project & transition management for all assigned projects across USCI (end user to ASM level), consistently applying the Nike project and transition methodology and the appropriate tools. You'll manage and communicate functional business information requirements to technical teams, providing visibility and understanding to the associated business impacts. You'll partner with the Support/Release Management team to ensure successful testing execution for all information projects. Furthermore, you'll manage USCI transition communications through the creation of an audience-appropriate communication plan (front line through senior leadership) to ensure successful transition and stabilization. You'll lead after-action reviews and end-user assessments after project go-lives, to ensure successful stabilization and user transition status. You'll incorporate feedback for future projects. You'll also develop a strong and collaborative cross-functional partnership with internal partners across the organization (NBIS PMO, GBI, USSI, USCI SLT, etc.), representing and advocating the needs of USCI. You'll be the escalation point for any information needs across the organization. You'll partner with the US Sales Information team to leverage best practices and align processes. You'll present concise, fact-based communication to all business and IT teams, translating system functionality into business-relevant language. Moreover, you'll build strong successful relationships with project team members to ensure the information requirements for USCI are shared and understood across our Global and US Region partners. You'll leverage information across the Nike Information network to identify opportunities for innovation and make recommendations to USCI Leadership and associated teams. You'll refine and modify processes as needed. You'll also represent USCI in cross-regional NBIS process and data definition. You'll ensure needs are represented in High-Level Designs and reporting architecture. You'll understand business processes and information requirements and align to US OM requirements. You'll document project-associated processes using the USCI-defined process documentation standards and templates. In addition, you'll lead and conduct problem solving and decision making at strategic and tactical levels.
