As a Teacher in our Child Development Programs, you'll provide ongoing supervision and evaluations to a designated classroom program, ensuring the developmental needs of the children are met. You'll ensure schedules and procedures that support the classroom, the suite and the overall goals of the Center. You'll also assist our Coordinator in setting curriculum goals and developing and recording lesson plans, schedules, documentation and procedures; build effective relationships with parents through initial conferences, daily communication, newsletters and class events; and supervise and administer assigned classroom staff, including training, staff development, performance evaluations and coaching. This opportunity also involves acting as a decision making and problem-solving resource to staff, including them in the decision-making process through daily interactions, one-on-ones and weekly team meetings. In addition, you'll ensure the safe care of children at all times and provide continual supervision of all children so that no child is ever unattended.

Floating Associate Teacher - ,

As our Floating Associate Teacher, you'll assist with program implementation, interact with children, participate in classroom activities and provide continual supervision of children within a designated class. You'll assist in implementing lesson plans and developmentally appropriate programming by following instructions outlined by the Teacher in order to meet the established curriculum goals for your assigned classroom. You'll also interact with children, initiate and encourage participation and provide them with emotional and physical support. You'll be expected to maintain effective communication within the classroom including sharing information with the Teacher, Parents and staff. In addition, you'll assure the safe care of children at all times, including providing continual supervision of all children so that no child is ever unattended.

Associate Teacher - Nike Child Development Programs - ,

As one of our Associate Teachers (multiple positions available), you'll assist with implementing developmentally appropriate programming by following outlined procedures. You'll interact with and provide continual supervision for the children, participate in classroom activities and supervise classroom staff. You'll also implement lesson plans and interact with children by initiating and encouraging their participation. In addition, you'll provide emotional and physical support for children when needed and assume the role of the Teacher in his/her absence.
