Assist Production Manager to continually improve Nike?s standards and practices for digital product presentation.
Assist Production Manager in developing business requirements for image presentation and asset archiving.
Assist Production Manager on creating an updated image and copy style guide for Nike.
    

 
 
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
 Minimum 2 years catalog imaging, catalog, e-commerce experience or producer experience preferred.  Sports and Fitness, Apparel industry or retail exposure essential. 
 
Two additional years of experience is generally accepted in lieu of a degree level education 
&amp;#40;applies to 4-year Degree or greater&amp;#41;.
 
 
MINIMUM SKILLS
Technical:  Understanding of both manual and automate database driven asset manipulation, publishing and archival methods.  Strong computer aided visual tools background, must be very comfortable with computers.  Knowledge of Photoshop, database administration and software applications competency required.  Ability to think strategically in planning seasonal deadlines, provide creative vision on projects and manage multiple projects in addition to leading a team.

Communication/Language: 
Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources.  Strong knowledge of cross team calibration.
Sound judgment and ability to exercise high degree of professionalism.

Management
Ability to establish an independent view and effectively collaborate in decision-making.
Ability to provide inspiration.
Demonstrates strong and effective creative project management skills and ability to lead and direct outside resources.
Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines.
Other:  Must be detail oriented and have high tolerance for ambiguity. A flair for creativity would be very desirable.</description>
