The Marketing Manager of NIKE Retail Italy envisions a unique consumer proposition for NIKEStores which maintains the NIKE Brand Equity, enhances the shopping experience and delivers a consistent biz growth. According to the consumer proposition and category specific strategies, the Marketing Manager of NIKE Retail Italy creates marketing plans for the NIKE Stores in Italy that go in the direction of creating consumer destinations for the local target consumers.
The main responsibilities are:
-Strategic Planning
?Develop a unique consumer proposition for the NIKE Stores in Italy, which maintains the NIKE Brand Equity, enhances the shopping experience, and delivers a consistent business growth.
?Create and manage a marketing/business plans for both 1&amp;#41; the NIKE Only Store Chain and 2&amp;#41; individually, the most relevant Stores in the main MacroMarkets, in order to create relevant and compelling shopping destinations, and keep NOS top of mind in the shopping list of local consumers.
?Together with NIKE Retail Dept. and RBM Project Managers, analyze business growth opportunities and develop a store-by-store business plan, identifying categories and initiatives that better suits its positioning and local relevance. 
?Contribute to planning the NIKE Managed Space door expansion, from both a brand and a biz point of view. Be involved in, and influence the Store Opening process having the consuming shopping experience as the end-in-mind goal.
-Retail Marketing Planning
?Drive the marketing calendar planning for both the NIKE Store Chain and each Store, taking into consideration the FY concept calendar priorities, location of the stores, their sport orientation and visibility. Ensure a premium execution of those calendars, by influencing both RBM Project Management &amp;#38; Retail Ops processes &amp;#40;from product assortment to windows to service&amp;#41;.
?Ensure that NIKE Retail has full visibility and eventually adopt both the key styles and the assortments around them necessary to support compelling executions of the RBM project plans as per the agreed store calendars. 
?Manage and present the NIKEStore Marketing Plan to both NIKE Retail dept. &amp;#38; concerning partners.
-Franchise Accounts Planning and Management
?Build strong relationships with franchise partners. Provide regular visits and demonstrate strong retail awareness to ensure brand/category objectives are consistently communicated.
?Organize market trips together with area managers, retail project managers and partners to keep up, get updates and inspiration, increase expertise, on top of sharing thoughts and learning about the market scenario.
-Marketplace Management
?Deeply know the Italian Macromarkets &amp;#40;focusing on Milano &amp;#38; Roma&amp;#41;, in order to give strategic input on possible marketing directions and biz opportunities that are locally relevant and mutually beneficial to both the brand and retail partners. 
?Develop processes and tools to clearly manage and visualize NIKE presence in the main macromarkets, cross-category, in every moment of the year.
?Continuously seek innovative retail solutions that result in resource efficiencies and in a deeper connection with the local consumers.
-Team Liaisons and Communication
?Cultivate partnership with NIKE Retail, EHQ Retail Marketing and Country Marketing teams built on trust and open communication ? that help raise the productivity of the partnership and enable a strong influencing power on the decision making process.
?Responsible for communicating NIKEStore related topics to EHQ, such as country plans, budget, local executions and initiative evaluations.

Job requirements:
Education ? University degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA preferred.
Work experience ? 4-5 years of experience in trade/retail marketing, marketing or advertising agencies. Preferred sectors of provenience are: biz with the same NIKE core target &amp;#40;example technology, music, etc&amp;#41; or advanced and challenging biz like grocery.
Skills and knowledge ? Agency management, project development process knowledge, Microsoft Office &amp;#40;mainly PowerPoint and Excel&amp;#41;, fluent in English. Strong organization and team management skills. Result oriented, innovative and creative. Positive attitude and problem solver.

&lt;li&gt;Help to create the marketing plans for the key accounts. Consulting and supporting role to the key account sales managers/reps for retail integration, football assortment planning and sell-in strategies.
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain a good relationship with the football key retailers &amp;#40;specialists and football relevant&amp;#41;.
&lt;li&gt;Know and internally communicate our on-field and sell-through market shares and keep track of what the competition is doing.
&lt;li&gt;Lead the seasonal Sales Meeting preparation process for Football. Prioritize based on strategic direction/seasonal initiatives and communicate these effectively.
&lt;li&gt;Communicate &amp;#40;bottom up, down and sideways&amp;#41; in the matrix to ensure information exchange.
&lt;li&gt;Drive integration with marketing team both in country, at NECE and EMEA level.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;SPORTS MARKETING:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain a strong relationship at all levels of the KNVB and PSV organizations. ?From kit manager to President?.

&lt;li&gt;Be the contact person for the Nike Apparel and Equipment teams for product creation.
&lt;li&gt;Make sure PSV and KNVB stay within their respective budgets. 
&lt;li&gt;Own the distribution of KNVB and PSV game tickets.
&lt;li&gt;Represent Nike at PSV and KNVB home and away games.

&lt;u&gt;BUDGETING AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:&lt;/u&gt;
